Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Mandatory ID: As per government regulations, every guest (including children) must present a valid original photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Driving License) upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.

Our Vibe: Willow Mist is designed as a quiet, intimate sanctuary for couples and families.
Group Policy: To maintain this peaceful environment, we strictly do not accommodate large, all-male bachelor groups or host loud parties. Management reserves the right to deny admission if this policy is violated, without refund.
Maximum Occupancy: Cabin capacities (2 guests) and the Villa capacity (4 guests) are strictly enforced. Extra guests are only permitted with prior approval and an extra bed charge.
Visitors: Outside visitors who are not registered on the booking are not permitted inside the cabins or pool area.

Complimentary Breakfast: A locally sourced breakfast is served fresh daily in our common dining area.
Staffing: As a boutique startup resort, we operate with a dedicated but small team of two to ensure your privacy. Because of this, we do not offer 24/7 room service.
Outside Food: Guests are welcome to bring outside food, but we request that meals be consumed in the common dining area or private patios to maintain the cleanliness of the luxury interiors.

Unique Architecture: Our Canopy Cabins feature exterior staircases leading to elevated upper balconies. Guests are requested to navigate these stairs carefully, especially during Wayanad’s misty or rainy weather.
Children: Parents must strictly supervise children at all times around the Oasis pool, on the exterior staircases, and on the elevated balconies.
Pool Timings: The common pool is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Proper swimwear is mandatory. There is no lifeguard on duty; use of the pool is at your own risk.

Nature's Pace: We encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the sounds of nature. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Music: Heavy bass speakers, DJ setups, and loud music are strictly prohibited on the property at all times.
Campfire: The common bonfire is subject to weather conditions and will be managed exclusively by our staff.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the A-frame cabins, bathrooms, and central halls. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas or on their private patios/balconies.
Damages: Guests are liable for any damages to the property, including stains on the sheer curtains, damage to the bathtubs, or broken electronics. Repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the guest before check-out.
